Purpose
The YIBS Business Incubator Center is a dynamic and innovative center that
supports startups, young entrepreneurs and early-stage companies by providing
them with resources, mentorship, and networking opportunities.
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Manager to lead our team
and help our clients achieve their full potential. The Manager will be responsible
for the overall management and operation of the business incubator. This
includes developing and implementing strategies to support our clients, and
building relationships with stakeholders and partners.

entrepreneurs to grow and thrive.
Description
The Business Incubator Manager will be responsible for overseeing the day-today operations of the incubator, including managing the application process,
providing mentorship and support to portfolio of companies, and cultivating a
vibrant and collaborative community of entrepreneurs. The ideal candidate will
have a deep understanding of the startup ecosystem, a passion for innovation,
and a track record of success in supporting early-stage companies.
Roles and Responsibilities
 Overseeing the application and selection process for new portfolio
companies;
 Providing mentorship and support to portfolio companies, including regular
check-ins, goal-setting, and resource coordination;
 Developing and implementing programs and events to support the growth
and development of portfolio companies;
 Cultivating a vibrant and collaborative community of entrepreneurs within
the incubator center;
 Building and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders, including
investors, mentors, and industry partners;
 Managing the incubator's budget and resources to ensure the long-term
sustainability of the program;
 Staying up-to-date on industry trends and best practices to ensure the
incubator remains at the forefront of innovation
Selection Criteria:
 Master degree in business, entrepreneurship, or a related field;
 At least 5 years of experience in a startup or entrepreneurship-focused role,
including experience in business development, operations, or program
management;
 Strong understanding of the startup ecosystem and the challenges and
opportunities facing early-stage companies;
 Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build
relationships and communicate effectively with a diverse range of
stakeholders;
 Proven track record of success in supporting early-stage companies,
including experience in mentorship, coaching, or advising;
 Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced
environment;
 Passion for innovation and a commitment to supporting the growth and
success of early-stage startups.
